Two years ago we purchases a new construction home from Stone Castle Homes, Inc. We have been completely happy about this purchase from the beginning. Brad Taylor has been wonderful to work with. This is the second new home my husband and I have purchased and the difference between the two experiences is incredible. Although the properties were similar in price and size, we can draw no comparison for the quality and commitment we have seen from Stone Castle. We had several problems with the previous residence and the builder’s attitude was basically “buyer beware”. Brad, on the other hand, would stop by once a day almost immediately after we took possession to make sure everything was going as we had expected. We had virtually no problems but he was there to take responsibility if things had not gone well. Several of our friends have horror stories, much like we had with our first house, but non of them can speak more highly of their home buying experience than we for the past two years. When our children are grown, we may decide to move. If we do, we will ask that Brad Taylor be our builder. I can offer no higher recommendation if you are looking for a builder.

Our experience with the Taylor’s has been extraordinary. They were very cooperative with us from the beginning. They went out of their way letting us change tile, close up a wall, add a couple of extras and use our own resource for the carpeting. Just recently we discovered a roof leak 3 years after closing, and they took care of that as well.

Most of our friends have had nightmare experiences with their builders. We consider Brad & Marilyn our friends and would refer them to our own family!
